The FinForce approach
Clear advice. Real people. One accountable team.
Financial advice involves important decisions and a lot of detail. Our job is to make the process understandable, keep the work moving and ensure you know who is responsible for the next step.
Our advice process, step by step
Start with a conversation
Your first meeting is about understanding the situation, deciding whether we are the right fit and identifying the likely scope of work. It is not a rushed advice session and there is no obligation to proceed.
Agree on the work
Before personal advice begins, we confirm the areas to be addressed, the information required, the advice process and the fees. If another professional service is needed, we explain who will provide it and under what arrangement.
Build and test the strategy
The advice team analyses the position, models relevant options and considers the trade-offs. Complex files may involve coordination with lending, accounting or legal professionals.
Explain the advice
We present the recommendations in plain English. You should understand the reasoning, expected benefits, costs, risks and what needs to happen next before you decide.
Implement with ownership
Our team coordinates agreed applications, documents and follow-ups. You have a real office to call, and the person handling the work is accountable for keeping it moving.
Review when it matters
Some clients need an ongoing advice relationship. Others need a defined project and a future review point. We agree on the service that fits the work; ongoing service is not assumed.
